Job Description |
Student Ambassador's will support the admissions staff in a variety of roles when both working including entry of documents, preparing for Open Houses, Accepted Students Day, Summer Summit Days, making phone calls and serving as a tour guide for incoming students through in person tours. Student Ambassador duties include engaging in frequent written, verbal, and virtual communication with prospective students. In this effort, Student Ambassadors will both aid with conducting phone calls to prospective students. Further, Student Ambassadors will be expected to assist with campus events which may include scheduled events for the Office of Admissions when necessary. Other duties will include performing clerical input/mailings, training future Student Ambassadors, asking and answering questions, referring questions to appropriate admissions counselors or departments, responding to inquiries sent to the graduate admissions email account, and ensuring the accuracy of information being put forth on behalf of the College and any other duties assigned. |

Job Requirements |
Candidates who would excel in this role will have a high attention to detail, be able to communicate efficiently and effectively with a variety of individuals, have an affinity to AIC and an interest in higher education offerings. Candidate also must be technologically savvy and have a firm understanding of Zoom, Microsoft Office, and other platforms. |
