Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Tasks & Projects * Consolidating, organizing, printing, and assembling documents * Assisting with walk-ins and answering phone and email inquiries as needed * Process tasks that are in support of the ACE Office 2. Technology & Social Media * In consultation with the ACE staff, help develop content that is appropriate for posting on various social media platforms * Encourage student participation and involvement in social media accounts * Establish and maintain regular communication with students via various social media channels 3. Other Projects * Receiving and sorting mail and deliveries. * Performing other tasks that may be assigned by ACE Staff |
