This is a $20/hour position. Working with the Senior Director of Human Resources, gain experience and persepctive in the HR discipline within the non-profit sector. Lead on various projects including a reorganization of the HRIS database. Student will be the main contact with the outside vendor to reconfigure the HR software to update position listings, descriptions, and categorizations. Creation of staff personnel and medical files. Organizing, alphabetizing and filing of personnel records to include PFML and Workers' Compensation records. Streamline of electronic records within the state retention schedule. Hands-on exposure to policy and standard precedure writing and general overal employee relations. |
