The College shall not be responsible to any user or to any third party for any direct or indirect, consequential or special, damages or losses incurred in connection with the use of this system or any data or information transmitted through this system, regardless of the nature of the claim or cause of action. Without limiting the foregoing, the College expressly disclaims any responsibility or obligation to confirm the accuracy of any information posted to the system, to check the background or suitability of any individual seeking employment, or to assess the suitability of any potential employer or employment situation. Use of this system to post or retrieve information or to engage in employment activities shall be deemed to reflect the user’s understanding of, and agreement with, the aforementioned disclaimer of college liability.
I agree, that as a condition of my participation in the job search program, I, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, and covenant not to sue American International College, its trustees, officers, directors, faculty, staff, employees, volunteers, students, insurers and agents and indemnify them from liability for any and all claims, causes of actions, losses of liability for injury to person (including death) or property, including injuries sustained as a result of the negligence of American International College, which I may suffer or for which I may be liable, arising from, but not limited to, participation in the job search program.
